•An email and a receipt from the client is required within 24 hours of purchased service in order to set a booking date and/or time.
•All sales are final.
•Readings are non refundable.
If the reading has not yet been sent, readings can be exchanged for a reading/s under the same amount of the previous reading.
If your reading has been received and you’re unhappy with the reading I will clarify the reading for you.
•Other products are non-refundable once shipped. You may send the items back, for an item exchange or store credit.
